01Accepting these terms

In short: By using Pixaf you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

These terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of Pixaf (legal entity details are published on the contact page). They incorporate the Pixaf licence and the Privacy policy. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

02Accounts

  • Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account — do not share logins.
  • Give accurate information, and confirm your email address before uploading.

03Plans & billing

In short: Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling never takes away licences you already have.

Pixaf+ subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus applicable tax, once checkout opens. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

04Licences

In short: Every download gets a perpetual licence, logged with your project name and a PDF certificate.

When you download an asset you receive the licence shown on the asset page at that moment. Licences are perpetual and survive cancellation, downgrade, or the asset’s removal from Pixaf. Free-library downloads require attribution. Each licence can be verified publicly by its ID.

05Selling on Pixaf

  • You keep copyright in your work and grant Pixaf a non-exclusive right to market and sublicense it.
  • You confirm you own all rights, hold any needed releases, and declare AI use accurately on every upload.
  • Every upload is reviewed by a person before it goes live; rejections always include a reason.
  • Earnings follow the published per-format weights. You may remove your work at any time; licences already issued remain valid.

06Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download the library, get around watermarks or download limits, upload content you do not own, misrepresent AI-generated work, or use Pixaf to promote violence, hate or harassment. Content can be reported through the report form.

07Liability

In short: Our liability is capped, except where the law does not allow caps.

Pixaf is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, after notice where possible. You can contest any decision through the contact page.

09Governing law & changes

The governing law and competent courts will be stated here once confirmed. We will give notice of material changes by email and on the site before they take effect.
