Can I keep using assets after I cancel?
Yes. Every licence on Site Title is perpetual. Anything you downloaded stays licensed for the project you logged it against — forever, even after you cancel or if the asset is later removed.
What’s the difference between Standard and Extended?
Standard covers most commercial work: ads, websites, social, apps and print up to 500,000 copies. Extended removes the copy limit and adds merchandise for resale and broadcast video. Compare the licences
Can I use a template for more than one client?
Template licences are per project and perpetual. For a new project or client, download the template again so it is logged with its own certificate. You may not resell the template itself or use it inside templates you sell.
Downloads & certificates
Where are my downloads and certificates?
Every download creates a licence with an ID that starts with PX- and a dated PDF certificate. Find them all in Dashboard → Downloads — you can re-download the file and open the certificate at any time.
How can a client check my licence?
Every licence has a public verification page at /verify/ followed by the licence ID. It shows what was licensed, to whom and under which terms — never your project name.
Why do I need to give a project name?
It is optional, but it is printed on your certificate and makes it easy to prove which licence covers which piece of work later.
Plans & billing
What can I download for free?
Everything marked Free, in every format, with a free account. Free downloads require attribution — copy the credit line shown after you download.
How do I subscribe to Site Title+?
Paid plans are not open yet. The plans and prices are on the pricing page.
Do I need to credit the creator?
Only for free-library downloads. With a Site Title+ plan no attribution is needed — though creators always appreciate it.
Selling on Site Title
How are creator earnings calculated?
50% of net subscription revenue goes into a pool, split by downloads multiplied by the published weight of each format. The weights are public on the sell page.
Who can sell on Site Title?
Anyone with a creator account who confirms their email. Choose “Sell” when you create your account, or contact us to add it later.
Uploads & review
What are the upload requirements?
Photos must be at least 5 megapixels. Every upload needs a descriptive title, alt text that describes what is in it, and an honest AI declaration. Vectors are sanitised automatically; templates must list every font they use.
Why was my upload rejected?
Every rejection shows a category, a reason and a note from the reviewer — and tells you whether you can fix and resubmit. You see it in your portfolio. If you think the decision is wrong, you can appeal; appeals go to a different reviewer.
Is there a limit on uploads?
Each format has a weekly quota so reviews stay fast — for example 50 photos or 20 video clips per week.
Bookmarks & collections
What’s the difference between bookmarks and collections?
Bookmarks are a private tray for anything you might use later. Collections group assets for a project and can be private, link-only (anyone with the link) or public.
Can I share a collection with a client?
Yes — set it to link-only and send the link. Only people with the link can open it, and you can switch it back to private at any time.
Account & privacy
I didn’t get the confirmation email
Check your spam folder, then use “Resend the link” on your dashboard. The link is valid for 48 hours.
How do I report an asset?
Use “Report this asset” on any asset page, or the report form. Every report is reviewed by a person.
How do I access or delete my data?
Contact us through the contact page. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
